Pagoda Jasmine Rice

A quick and simple stir-fry with a twist. Instead of the typical chicken or beef, the meat used in this meal is delicious bacon. It is prepared alongside rice, eggs, green onions and peppers for a robust and great tasting meal.

Ingredients:

2 Strips Bacon

6 Green Onions (thinly sliced)

1 cup Broccoli 1 cup Bell Peppers (thinly sliced)

2 Egg (beaten)

4 cups White Rice (cold, cooked)

2 tbsp Soy Sauce

Direction:

1. Cook bacon in hot wok or large skillet over medium heat until crisp. Add green onions, broccoli and bell peppers then stir-fry for 1 minute.

2. Add scrambled egg. Stir in rice and cook until heated through, gently separating grains.

3. Add soy sauce and stir until mixture is well blended.
